SPECIFICATIONS

Palmer Wahl reserves the right to modify, change or improve item specifications without notice. All items are fully guaranteed to conform to specifications stated in the current catalog or as quoted to the customer.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS

For quantity orders, please contact your local Distributor or our Customer Service Department or Click "Request A Quote" on any item.

RETURNS

Please contact the factory for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) prior to returning any items or click "Product Return Request" on the website Service Menu. A restocking and reinspection charge applies to the return of incorrectly ordered items.

TERMS

Terms of payment are net 30 days from date of invoice and are granted to customers with established credit or to those who provide satisfactory credit references.

MINIMUM ORDER

A minimum of $50.00 applies to all orders. Orders of less than $50.00 are subject to a $20.00 handling charge.

PRICING

Prices are in U.S. dollars. All prices are Ex-Works (EXW) Asheville, NC. Correct prices are those in effect at the time orders are placed. Federal, state, and local taxes are not included.

We are pleased to accept VISA, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express.

SHIPPING

Palmer Wahl prepays shipping charges and bills them to the buyer. We ship by the most expedient method. Standard shipping is via FedEx or by an alternate selected by Palmer Wahl.

DELIVERY

Palmer Wahl Instrumentation Group ships many catalog items from inventory, after reinspection and testing to customer configurations, for delivery the following week. We will be happy to expedite orders for same week delivery (when possible) for a nominal expedite charge.

INTERNATIONAL PRICING

You may verify pricing by requesting a pro forma invoice including air freight, insurance and handling charges to your nearest international airport, FAX or e-mail are reliable and convenient ways to obtain this information.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment may be made in any of three ways:

1. In U.S. currency, by U.S. bank draft or wire transfer, directly to Palmer Wahl.
2. By major credit card. Visa, Master Card or American Express.
3. An irrevocable letter of credit to Palmer Wahl Instruments. LOC should be opened for 120 days minimum to allow for occasional bank delays in obtaining these documents.

DELIVERY

Many items are shipped from inventory for immediate delivery after payment is received. Delivery schedule is thirty days or less for non-stock items.

SHIPPING

Shipments are air freight unless otherwise provided. Ocean shipments are usually not recommended for instruments.
