81 Series Remote Bulbs for Remote Reading Dial Thermometers - Liquid Actuated
1B Liquid Filled Case Compensated Thermal System. These temperature systems are filled with a non-toxic, odorless, organic, and non-flammable liquid up to 500°F. It is non-hazardous, environmentally friendly with no hydrogens, and proven to be an excellent substitute for Mercury. Limitations include Remote Capillary lengths up to 15 feet. Rigid Mount Thermometers are limited to 48" stem lengths.
81-4 Style Bulb
The 81-4 Style Bulb is a plain stainless steel bulb for .260 inch bore thermowells. Standard lengths are 4 inches, 6 inches, 9 inches, 12 inches, 18 inches, 24 inches, and 36 inches. Connection is a 1/2 inch -14 swivel nut fitting. A thermowell will be required for using this bulb, in most applications.
81-5 Style Bulb
The 81-5 Style Bulb is a plain stainless steel bulb for drop-in or hanging applications. Standard bulb length is 6 inches, available in 6 inch increments up to a total length of 10 feet (120 inches).
81-11 Style Bulb
The 81-11 Style Bulb is a plain stainless steel bulb with bendable stiff capillary. Connection is an adjustable union compression fitting with optional thread sizes of 1/2 inch NPT, 3/4 inch NPT, and 1 inch NPT. Specify the stem length and fitting desired when ordering.
81-12 Style Bulb
The 81-12 Style Bulb is a plain, stainless steel bulb designed to measure the temperature of air or liquids. Capillary is bendable stiff type. Connection is 1-1/4 inch -18 Swivel Nut Fitting for use with 114 Series Union or Union Flange. Specify the desired stem length when ordering.
81-13 Style Bulb
The 81-13 Style Bulb is a tapered, plain stainless steel bulb. Standard lengths are 3.5 inches, 6 inches, 9 inches, and 12 inches. Available in lengths up to 36 inches, in 6 inch increments. Connection is 1-1/4 inch -18 Swivel Nut Fitting. For use with our 114 Series Thermowells and Fittings.
