Palmer 9FL Series Industrial Style thermometers are available in 9 inch, black-finished molded high temperature plastic case, with cast aluminum stems in either 3.5 inch or 6 inch lengths. Sky blue fill available in temperature ranges up to 300°F available. The tapered bulb chamber allows maximum metal to metal contact with matching tapered thermowell for fast response and increased accuracy. The machined brass swivel nut is the industry standard 1.25 inch -18 UNEF thread.
All-Angle adjustment uses just two screws to permit cases to be rotated 180° and stems to be positioned in 10° increments for virtually any viewing angle required.
Standard models have a standard lens front glass tube and are “Red Reading” Mercury fill, while SB models have environmentally friendly, mercury free "Sky Blue" liquid fill. Mercury models are while supplies last!
Compact, yet visible 9 inch plastic cases are fitted with a “V” shaped white aluminum scale graduated with bold black lines and numerals for easy readability; accurate to ±1 scale division. Fahrenheit or Dual F & C Range scales are available from -40 to 400°F (-40 to 204°C).
Air Duct Models feature a super-sensitive bare bulb protected by a 3/4" diameter perforated aluminum bulb guard. This design allows exposure to circulating air while still protecting the glass tube from any impact.
