When you are finished, you will receive a copy of this information via email.
**Please print the confirmation email you receive and include it with your return. You will receive your RMA number via email once your item is received at our facility.**

If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty the evaluation fee will be waived. The evaluation fee applies to units evaluated and returned "AS IS" or scrapped at our facility. **If the unit is returned to a vendor for evaluation and is not repaired, shipping charges will apply in addition to the evaluation fee.

NOTE: Please remove all lithium metal batteries from unit and package prior to returning. HSICBB-P, DST300, DST400, DST500, DST600 (EXCLUDING "I" AND "NB" VERSIONS) contain primary lithium metal batteries and must be shipped in accordance with DOT/IATA requirements if not removed.
***DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED LITHIUM ION OR LITHIUM METAL BATTERIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.***
ALL PRODUCTS CONTAINING MERCURY MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN SEALED PLASTIC BAGS AND PACKAGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH DOT SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS.
When returning pressure recorders, please please flush the supply lines before shipping to remove any remaning fluid.
Please remove any connectors, pipe fittings, hoses, or other attached parts before returning your item. We are not responsbile for any lost or damaged parts.
Please write "RMA" prominently on the outside of the box so that we may route your item properly when we receive it.

Our quality management system is certified to conform to ISO 9001:2015. We maintain a calibration system in conformance with ANSI/NCSL Z-540 and MIL-STD-45662A.
All calibrations are performed against standard instruments, traceable to NIST. Records are stored for a minimum of three years. Standards used have a test ratio of four times greater than the unit being calibrated. We can perform certified, traceable calibrations in support of companies that require meeting FAA and FDA quality standards.
